One thing you don't know about me.
I repaint finished paintings.
Yes I do.
When I don't like a painting once I finished it, I usually put it aside and leave for a while.
This painting I completed in October 2014.
I don't like it.
I didn't like all the blue.
At the time, I didn't know what to do next.
Well, I could have just painted the whole thing white but decided to just wait.
To change it, I added some light blue, white and black.
The changes made all the texture pop.
I love it.

ReplyDeleteI do a lot of do overs as you know, this is a good example of a redo it came out great. We will need to do a textured retreat some day. three stars ***
