Salutations! I love clouds and I'm trying to draw them. The key word "trying". I decided to work on drawing clouds in my art journal. A perfect place to experiment!
They may not look real but I had fun and thats what keeping an art journal is all about! The city scape is a Tim Holtz stamp and the butterflies and sentiment are stamps from Unity.

It can be challenging to get the fluffy feel of clouds, but you're getting there. I especially like the shape of the ones in the bottom center and the upper right. I also like the pink & blue you added. I wouldn't have thought to add the pink, yet clouds often have that color.
ReplyDeleteAbout storing Spellbinder's dies, another thing I've done is to take old refrigerator magnet sheets (we sometimes get these given to us as advertising -- for instance, we had a calender with a bunch of ads around it - I just cut it to size) and glue them in the cd cases - that's even better because you have more magnetic surface!
