See beyond the imperfections

Hello! Today I have another frame to show you. I know more frames but I'm having so much fun with them.  This frame I used a Crafters Workshop Template by Balzer Designs for the frame.  I first painted the frame using the stencil with blue paint and then used the stencil again to outline the flowers in black. The flowers are made from painted grungepaper and using Tim Holtz tattered floral die.  The sentiment is a stamp by Dylusions Rubber Stamps.
