Art Journal Every Day

I haven't played in my art journal in a long time.  I was in a bad mood and need some art therapy so the journals are perfect.  First you should go over and see Julie's Daily Pages and all the links to some wonderful journal pages.

I used a stencil, gel matte medium, gesso and modeling to added texture then used spray inks. I let is all dry together. The little tag I used what inks where left over on my table and stamped the quote.
