Art Journal Cover with Sweet Posey Stencil

Hi Everyone!

I have a lower back issue so I haven't been able to sit in my art room for any length of time yet. Hopefully soon.

Today I thought I would share with you an art journal cover I created for The Crafter's Workshop.

The stencil I used is called Sweet Posey and you can buy it from Scrapbook.com.

Very simple cover but I love the way it came out.

Oh Crap, She's Up!

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to share a canvas panel I created with a new stamp from Yvonne Blair Designs for Impression Obsession Rubber Stamps.

 

Sorry to say I don't have any step out pictures. I was in the zone and it just happened. I think many of my favorite pieces are made that way.

 

I can tell you I used the ColourArt Silks Acrylic Glazes on this piece. The vintage image was a gift from my art sister +Jackie P Neal.  I added little gold beads to her gown while it was still wet and pressed them in a little. So far they've stayed on.

The blue on the Flamingo was completely by accident.

 

 

 

The Crafter’s Workshop provided me with stencils to create this project.
