An Art Journal Page and My Favorite Stamp!

Salutations!  I thought I would show you another art journal page.  I haven't written anything on it yet. The heart stamp on the page is my favorite right now (I think I told you already!). I don't know why.

I made the background with just watercolor pencils. I wanted to see how fast I can make a page. The sentiment says, Friendships are seen through the heart not though the eyes. It's a little smeared because I dropped the stamp by mistake but its okay.  The stamps are all from one of Tim Holtz artistry collections. I also used a crafters workshop template too.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Salutations! I made two cards before I went to another picnic today and I forgot to add this one in my last post. Since it's for another challenge I added it as a separate post.  This one is for Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge #198.  This card I had lots of fun with inks again. I made another small composition board with a flower template from The Crafters Workshop with sprays inks of yellow, raspberry and light pink.

Here is Mojo Monday's Sketch #198

Here s my card!

Yellow and Pink cardstock
Ink: Spray Inks in yellow, raspberry and pink; Stampin Up Ink in gable green, daffodil yellow and pink passion

Flower Template: The Crafters Workshop

Use It Tuesday Challenge #10

Salutations! I had a few hours before another picnic so I made this card for the challenge on Use It Tuesday.  Challenge #10 is to use red, white and blue and of course to use something in your supplies you have never used.

I'm going through all my hoard of paper and found I had some patriotic paper that I never even realized I had and never used plus some red and blue ribbons with stars and flourishes.

Supplies:
Paper: Patriotic Paper (not sure where it came from)
White and red cardstock, bristol paper
Flag:  My photograph
Royal Blue and Red Spray Ink from Inkadinkado
Star template from The Crafters Workshop
Tag Star
Card Sketch: Mojo Monday #198

Thats it for now. I hope you are having a great weekend.
Thanks for stopping by.

Having fun on canvas again!

Salutations!  I'm have a ton of fun working on canvas lately.  When I've completed a canvas it takes quite a while to get all the ink, paint and glue off my hands.

I originally wasn't going to put a girl on the page but I had the red pattern paper and I couldn't resist making a dress. The skirt is a little big. I was having so much fun that I was distracted and forgot to cut it down a little before I glued it. Thats okay it still works fine.  The heart is a stamp from one of Tim Holtz artistry collections. It's my favorite stamps lately. I seem to be using it on everything!

Thanks so much for stopping by.
