Art Journal Page: Finger Painting

Playing in my art journal I decided to try to use mostly my fingers.
I took a stencil and started with black acrylic paint to add it to the page.

At the time I was going to do something in black and white.
I changed my mind when I decided to add blue.

After the blue I just had to add more colors with just my fingers.

Then this happened.
I guess I was thinking of Spring since we received 8 inches of snow yesterday.

I'm not rushing my days away but warmer weather would be nice.

Supplies:
Butterflies - Sorry no clue
The Crafter's Workshop provided me with stencils to create this project.
The opinions I share are solely my own because I do love to use them.

Hi Everyone!

On The Crafter's Workshop Blog I have a post up on how I created cards with this new stencil.

You can create all types of projects with this stencil.

My cards are simple and easy to do.
Head on over and find out how I created them.

While you are there check out the other projects created by my fellow Design Team Members.

Using a TCW Stencil to make Clouds

Hi Everyone
Today I have a card to show you.
I created the background with DecoArt Media Crackle Paste, waited for it to dry and then used DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics in Primary Cyan and water.

I used 6x6 The Crafter's Workshop stencil called Alhambra.
The stencil design looks like clouds to me.
Here is a close up of the stencil and crackle paste.
I added a few paper punched clouds to add to the background.

Here is the finished card.

The balloon is a stamp from Stampers Anonymous.
I think it's in a set called The Impossible.
It's old so I'm not sure you can get the set, but I know the balloon is in other sets.
