Salutations! This card was made after a phone conversation with my daughter. She has so much courage now. Four years ago she didn't know what she really wanted. Although I may not like it, in the moment, I am proud that she can stand up to me and tell me what she is doing is right for her. It does take courage to become who you really are and I think she knows who she is.
Okay on with my card.
The background I made with a Crafters Workshop template and distess inks. The sentiment is from Stampin Up and the floral focal is an old stamp. It's one of my originals when I started stamping. The company's name on the side of the stamp is very worn and I can't read it. Sorry!
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Wow! Those distress inks are much brighter/darker than I expected.
ReplyDeleteI agree about the courage thing, and I'm glad you can honor that in your daughter. Not all parents do.
